行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律第十九条第八号の規定により、地方税関係情報や地方団体の徴収金の納付に関する情報を照会する場合には、本人の同意が必要となる事務を定める告示が更新されました。

Update on Notification Regarding Inquiry of Local Tax Information
The notification regarding the inquiry of local tax-related information or payment amounts to local governments has been updated. According to Article 19, Item 8 of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures, consent from the individual is now required for such inquiries.
